¡¡¡¡TL-Series permanent magnet dry magnetic separator for powder ore is a high-efficiency ore dressing plant newly developed by our company and may be widely in metallurgical mines and other industries. The magnetic
separator is characterized by a turbulent magnetic field and high separation factor, advanced structure, light weight, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. The magnetic separator is very suitable for the districts that are
short of water so that water resource may be saved and ore dressing coasts may be reduced. It develops a new way for mining and utilization of magnetite. The separator may be driven by diesel engine. Therefore, it may be used in the districts lacking of electricity. The magnetic separators with different magnetic induction intensities that are
used for different minerals may be developed according to user¡¯s specific need besides the existing pattern products. The existing series products may meet the needs of concentrators of large, medium and small-sized mines. We welcome users to come to our company for business contact. Our company has industrial prototypes and may do pilot tests for users. The magnetic separator is mainly used in following occasions:
1. used for preconcentration of low-grade ores. It may increase ore grade to be ground and reduce ore dressing costs;
2. used for reconcentration of tailings and recovery of relatively concentrated tailings in the dry slope section of the tailings dam;
3. used for purification by magnetic separation for dry powder of pyrite cinder;
4. used for iron removing of non-magnetic materials which has an obvious effect and low costs of ore dressing;
5. used for purification operation of concentrates of magnetic separation plants. It may reject lean associate ore body and gangue in the iron concentrates and to increase concentrate grade and technical additional value of dressing precuts.

QJ-NCT Thickening Magnetic Separator
¡¡¡¡¡¡ 1¡¢The Series magnetic separators are newly developed for adjustment of magnetic mineral density in upstream and downstream operation stages of magnetic separation plants. This magnetic separator is characterized by high recovery of strong magnetic minerals, large capacity and obvious thickening effect. Recovery of magnetic iron may reach above 99.5% and density may reach 50%~65% as feeding density is 20%~25%. Conventional dewatering tank and thickening pond occupying large area can be replaced by NCT thickening magnetic separator in thickening operation of strong magnetic minerals.
       2¡¢Through optimization design, magnetic system angle of the magnetic separator is large and the magnetic force distribution is more rational, resulting in a large beneficiation space on small drum, so that a lot of magnetic concentrate may pass through and valuable minerals may be recovered as more as possible. The magnetic
separator unloads ore by a scraper in a non-magnetic zone. It is equipped with a washing pipe for concentrate and water amount may be adjusted so as to assure suitable density of the concentrate.
        3¡¢The magnetic separator may stabilized ore pulp density and obtain high recovery as the density of feeding ore pulp changes greatly.
